We understand that unexpected events can arise, and we strive to accommodate your needs as best as possible. To help us manage our schedule effectively and continue offering high-quality service, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule – without incurring a fee.
 

For cancellations made with 24 to 48 hours notice, 50% of the full fee will be charged.

If you cancel late or fail to attend with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged the full fee. Cancellation fees cannot be claimed through Medicare or your health fund.
 

Please note that our practice administration is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. To cancel or reschedule a Monday or Tuesday appointment without penalty, you must do so by the previous Friday.

You will receive an SMS notification 3 days before your appointment, or on the Friday before if your appointment is on a Monday or Tuesday, as a courtesy reminder. However, it is your responsibility to ensure you cancel or reschedule within the appropriate time frame.
